What programs do you use?

I alternate between CLIP STUDIO PAINT Pro+EX on desktop and Procreate on the iPad Pro (12.9). I have used Photoshop as well but do not prefer it. I also used SAI for a good while before buying CSP.

What tablet do you have?

Besides my iPad, I use a 2017 Wacom Intuos Pro medium.

How do you make everything so sparkly and glow-y?

Layer modes! My favorites are add glow and glow dodge in CSP. There is a lot of brain work and experimentation going on as well.

Can I draw your characters?

As long as it is SFW. Sorry they are so hard to draw lol
